Cancellation and Refund

Effective May 23rd, 2023.

Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. Please read the fine prints of each deal before paying for the services or products, it provides all the details about the services or the products you purchase.

Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

CANCELLATIONS

For cancellations please contact us via contact us link, email, or direct calling.

The cancellation shall be subjected to the following:

    • Cancellation of the order shall be in the written/electronic form (from the same email address that has been used to communicate at the time of booking).
    • The cancellation/date-change request on less than 15 days of the first date of the shoot/event, will not be accepted.
    • If the Client cancels the order for photography, the retainer/booking advance will not be refunded in any circumstances.
    • In case, the wedding is called off for any reason, the retainer will be carried forward in the name of the first person of the couple who contacted us. The retainer is non-refundable and non-transferrable. In case, the person then wishes to cancel the Agreement, the retainer will not be refundable.

REFUNDS

FOR CLIENTS WHO BOOKED OUR PHOTOGRAPHY-VIDEOGRAPHY SERVICES FOR THEIR WEDDINGS/EVENTS

– Our commitment to delivering quality and satisfactory service and/or products (if applicable to a specific project). In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we would do our best to resolve the issues to the best of our abilities. Please contact us via email or phone call explaining the specific areas of concern.

– There will not be any refund for the Services already rendered in accordance with the service contract issued to you at the time of booking. Booking advances are non-refundable under any circumstances.

– If the Client chooses to not take any deliverables agreed upon at the time of booking after the shoot is over, there will not be any refunds in any form (for instance, printed albums, videos, teasers etc.)

– Any changes in the deliverables have to be informed to us in writing at least 15 days in advance from the first date of the shoot.

FOR VISITORS/PHOTOGRAPHERS WHO PURCHASE THE PRODUCTS LISTED HERE

– For the online products we listed, if the products is disputed or broken or damaged, a full refund will be issued  to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking or replaced the products with the same item. In every other case, payments made towards booking of any or replaced the product is non-refundable.
